4. Newspaper Advertising

I will adverstise your featured listing in the Real Estate Weekly newspaper.

 

5. Custom Feature Sheet

I will put together a custom designed feature sheet about your home, displaying full colour photos, floorplans and full property features and descriptions. This will be ciruclated during Open Houses and given out to prospective buyers as a take-home piece of advertisting material with the information they need about your property.

 

6. Realtor Tours

Once your home is on the market I will arrange an "open for agents" at which time I invite all of the salespeople from all Real Estate companies in the Lower Mainland to preview your home for their present or future prospective purchasers. Realtor tours are an effective way to gain exposure for your property. They happen once a week where Realtors get together and tour homes in the desired area, Realtors often have buyers looking for something specific so this tour is a great way to see if your property is a match for their clients!

 

7. Open Houses

As it’s suits your schedule, inviting buyers into your home for an Open House is a winning sales strategy. I would be pleased to discuss open house arrangements with you if you wish to have opens. I will personally host your listing’s Open House, until your home is sold.
